Militaries real view on Viagra
This is an old story dating back to late 1998. What we've done is used the story in conjunction with a little known algorithm we found courtesy of the U.S. government.
After blaming Republicans for dipping into the $70 billion budget surplus for tax cuts, Clinton then dipped into the surplus to set aside $50 million to provide Viagra to military personnel. Furthermore, being that the allocation for viagra was to swallow as much as 20% of the Pentagon's pharmaceutical budget. Clinton had also approved a $15 billion increase for the military budget.
The $50 million was based on the number of patients at military clinics who had requested viagra since the drug was released. The budget allocation was estimated to pay for 5/6 million pills. The fund was equal to 45 Tomahawk cruise missiles and two new marine corps jets.
